Content Manager

Tasks of the content manager:

- Adding new objects to the channel Manager
- Registration of objects in OTA (Airbnb, Booking, Agoda, Expedia, Traveloka, Trip, TripAdvisor, VRBO) and Booking Engine, adding tariff plans, booking and accommodation rules and other information
- Correction of booking and accommodation rules and other information about previously registered objects
- Adding points (location of villas) to the Google map
- Activation and renewal of shares
- Making adjustments to the registration forms for guests

Revenue Manager

The Revenue Manager is responsible for all initiatives related to revenue maximization. This includes determining prices, creating promotions and introducing new sales channels.

You will manage the implementation of business plans and product strategy of real estate properties. You will be in contact with the owners and management of real estate (in English) and work closely with the sales, marketing, service and booking departments.

Responsibilities of the Revenue Manager:

- Develop, control and adjust sales and pricing strategies
- Conduct competitive analysis and demand analysis
- Independently implement the strategy and timely maintain accurate prices and inventory distribution in the PMS to ensure price parity across all booking channels.
- Manage smart price systems (AI), PriceLabs
- Develop short-term and long-term forecasts of income of real estate objects (including hotels)
- Create and upload all tariff plans (including advertising) to PMS and sales channels.
- Troubleshooting, solving any problems with loading prices and inventory
- To conduct an independent analysis - whether the real estate object is effectively promoted through electronic sales channels (including accounting for ratings).
- Preparation of forecasts and annual budget for each object using software forecasting tools.
- Make sure that all reports, statistics, financial reports and any other related reports are accurate and consistent.
- Provide recommendations on best practices in revenue management, best practices in PMS/CRS/ External Yield (IDeaS) systems, best practices in working with third-party channels.
- Create training materials and manage the training program for new employees of the revenue management department.

Experience and personal qualities:

- The candidate must have 2-3 years of successful income management experience at the level of several real estate objects.
- The candidate must have excellent analytical skills and must understand the tourism industry. This includes sales channels, booking systems and property management systems.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills are needed, since the candidate will interact remotely with hotels and representatives of corporate brands (in English), as well as owners of real estate, and, in the future, train direct subordinates in advanced income management methods. The candidate should be able to effectively present ideas in oral and written presentations.
- The right person for this position must demonstrate the ability to lead initiatives and demonstrate skills of multitasking, leadership and responsibility for team actions.
