- Promptly provide support for any questions/ requests / complaints that arise. Communication with owners and managers of management facilities (villas, hotels) on current issues.
- To provide information and news support to clients (property owners).
- Launch new facilities together with other departments of the company.
- Participate in improving customer service together with other departments.
- Interact with all departments of the company.
- Anticipate and positively resolve any conflict situations.
- Increase customer loyalty with each communication.
