In the current situation, our strategy is focused both on long-term (1-2 weeks and monthly stays) and short-term offers for a year ahead through our smart tariff policy. While waiting for the world to re-open, we spend time preparing your listings to maximize their attractiveness to the potential guests. We optimize all channels, continue to focus on the connection of your property to 1000+ travel agents, 50+ online booking systems, present the property to our direct clients' database and target audience via social media channels for future opportunities. Despite the situation, we are bringing awareness to the local and global agents through additional email campaigns.

Our partners always keep in touch with us when they see the opportunities and have booking inquiries from the guests due to our high reputation and recognition on the market. Additionally, even with low demand compared to the amount of current short-term offers from different hotels and villas, we see an opportunity to target people via social media channels, who have to stay in Bali and cannot return home because of closed borders and those expats who are living in Bali and looking for good deals to stay in different places for a while to change the atmosphere. We have a very high success rate with that. 

We also understand that the Chinese market, along with the overall Asian market, will open first. We already have quite a good agent network there, and we are working to enforce it even more right now.  So your property will receieve an advantage right after the borders will be re-open.
